COLDPLAY - THE SCIENTIST.

COLDPLAY es una banda de Britpop y Rock Alternativo fundada en Londres en el año 1996. Está compuesta por Chris Martin (voz, teclado, guitarra), Jon Buckland (primera guitarra), Guy Berryman (bajo) y Will Champion (batería). Su fama vino de parte de su disco debut en el 2000, especialmente con el sencillo “Yellow” que llegó a altas posiciones en diversos rankings. Es el segundo sencillo del álbum “A Rush Of Blood To The Dead” de la banda Coldplay. Fue escrito por Guy Berryman, Jonny Buckland, Will Champion y Chris Martin; su lanzamiento se hizo el 4 de noviembre de 2002 en Reino Unido y el 15 de abril de 2003 en Estados Unidos. HOOBASTANK - IF I WERE YOU

HOOBASTANK es una banda de Rock estadounidense que fundada en 1994 en Augura Hills, California. Sus miembros son: Doug Robb (voz, segunda guitarra), Dan Estrin (primera guitarra), Chris Hesse (batería) y Jesse Charland (bajo). Su estilo musical es una mezcla de Post-Grunge y Rock Alternativo. Lanzaron su primer álbum en 1998 bajo el nombre de “They Sure Don’t Make Basketball Shorts Like They Used To” el cual tuvo cierto éxito gracias a su difusión en internet. En 2001 lanzan su segundo trabajo discográfico titulado “Hoobastank” bajo el sello Island Records, obteniendo un disco de platino en Estados Unidos al vender más de 1 millón de copias. En 2003 vuelven con “The Reason”, gracias a este disco obtienen fama mundial posicionando su sencillo homónimo en el puesto #5 del Hot 100 de Billboard.
