TRAVIS - SING.

TRAVIS es una banda de Rock proveniente de Glasgow, Escocia. Sus integrantes son: Francis Healy (vocalista), Andrew Dunlop (guitarra), Dougie Payne (bajo) y Neil Primrose (batería). Han lanzado seis álbumes de estudio: “Good Feeling” (1997), “The Man Who” (1999), “The Invinsible Band” (2001), “12 Memories” (2003), “The Boy With No Name” (2007) y “Ode To J. Smith” (2008). El grupo tiene un estilo musical que varía desde Rock Alternativo a Indie Rock, y se los han comparado con diversas bandas como Coldplay, R.E.M. y Keane. El nombre “Travis” proviene de un homenaje de los miembros al papel de Harry Dean Stanton en la película “Paris, Texas”.

SING:

Es un sencillo del album “The Invincible Band” de la banda escocesa Travis. Su lanzamiento se hizo en el año 2001 y fue la canción más escuchada de ese verano en las radios de Inglaterra. Pertenece al género musical Indie Rock y tiene una duración de 3:59 minutos.

COLDPLAY - THE SCIENTIST.

COLDPLAY es una banda de Britpop y Rock Alternativo fundada en Londres en el año 1996. Está compuesta por Chris Martin (voz, teclado, guitarra), Jon Buckland (primera guitarra), Guy Berryman (bajo) y Will Champion (batería). Su fama vino de parte de su disco debut en el 2000, especialmente con el sencillo “Yellow” que llegó a altas posiciones en diversos rankings. El grupo ha lanzado 5 álbumes de estudio hasta la fecha: “Parachutes” (2000), “A Rush of Blood to the Head” (2002), “X and Y” (2005), “Viva la Vida or Death and All of hid Friends” (2008) y “Mylo Xyloto” (2011). El penúltimo fue todo un éxito tanto en ventas como en la crítica, recibiendo varias nominaciones a los Grammy. Es el segundo sencillo del álbum “A Rush Of Blood To The Dead” de la banda Coldplay. Fue escrito por Guy Berryman, Jonny Buckland, Will Champion y Chris Martin; su lanzamiento se hizo el 4 de noviembre de 2002 en Reino Unido y el 15 de abril de 2003 en Estados Unidos. Es una canción de género musical Rock Alternativo y tiene una duración de 5:09 minutos en versión álbum.
