ALANIS MORISSETTE es una cantante, compositora y productora canadiense, proveniente de Ottawa, nacida el 1 de junio de 1974. Su tercer álbum titulado “Jagged Little Pill”(1995) fue el que le proporcionó fama y éxito, vendiendo más de 33 millones de copias en todo el mundo.

Tiene un tipo de voz mezzosoprano ligera con una extensión de dos octavas, ha ganado 16 premios Juno y 7 Grammys.

Esta cantante sabe tocar guitarra, armónica, piano y flauta. Ha editado alrededor de diez trabajos discográficos entre discos de estudio y en vivo. 

HANDS CLEAN:

Es el primer sencillo del álbum “Under Rug Swept” de Alanis Morissette. Fue escrito por la cantante y su lanzamiento se hizo el 8 de marzo de 2008 en formato de CD. Pertenece al género musical Pop Rock, y tiene una duración de 4:31 minutos en versión álbum y 3:50 en versión radio.
